Lease Terms and Merchant Opportunities

  • Open Wednesday through Sunday. Hours can be flexible, but we are looking for the Marketplace to be fully active between the hours of 8AM - 9PM everyday, if possible.
  • Approximately 12'x16' insulated space with electricity, heating/cooling and plumbing.
  • Great location on Grand Lake and just off of 127 with plenty of drive by and walking traffic.
