Yes! We have an overflow parking lot behind and to the South of the Paradise Palms townhome building.
The closest boat ramp is 1 mile South of Boardwalk Village right on West Bank Road.
Yes! There are docks available to rent for $25/day. They are located right outside of Boardwalk Village. To rent, when you are booking online, you have the option to add a dock to your reservation, under Dock Fee. Or you can call our office 567-510-4333 and we will gladly help you!
Yes! Helton Lodge Boat Rentals will be on site this summer. Visit their website at heltonlodge.com. There are also a few Marianas on our lake that rent by the half day or full day. Bayview Marina, Kozy Marina, or Lakeshore Marina.

Each unit has a 12-cup regular drip coffee pot. Dream Dippers right on site at Boardwalk Marketplace also sells Iced Coffee – and a must try – Coffee Milkshake!
Other coffee shops nearby include Hazelnut Coffeehouse and Brew Nation.
Yes! We have 6 pet-friendly units: Pelican’s Perch (Small cottage), The Captain (Large cottage), Townhome 769, Townhome 771, The Sandlot, and Glistening Gem.
Our pet policy:
- Non-aggressive, non-large breeds only (no Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, etc.)
- Must be under 50 lbs.
- $50 pet fee/reservation (will not apply to ESAs or service animals)
- 1 dog max
- No cats, no exceptions
- Pet description required upon booking (name, breed, weight, age)
Unfortunately, at this point we do not provide long-term housing, but we do offer monthly stays in our off season from OCTOBER 1st – MARCH 31st. Call our office at 567-510-4333 to inquire.
Yes! We have overflow parking for your extra vehicle in our overflow parking lot located behind and to the South of the Paradise Palms townhome building. Come PHASE 2, when future cottages/units are complete, parking will become more strict to ensure there is parking for all of our housed guests. Update once parking lot plans are finalized.
Yes! Boardwalk Grill is right on site, with a variety of other local restaurants in walking distance on West Bank Road and downtown just a few minutes away.
No, unfortunately we do not have a swimming beach. There are a couple swimming beaches nearby, both within a 10–15-minute drive at Grand Lake St. Mary’s State Park!
Yes! We provide all linens, towels, and pool towels.
No, we do not provide pack-n-plays or highchairs.

We have one, step-free unit, Tropical Trio at Boardwalk Village.
Because we are considered residential property, we are not required to provide handicap accessible units. Although our units in this first phase are not ADA accessible, we have plans to develop future ADA units in our next phase.

We do not have community hot tubs at this time. We do have 4 units that come with a hot tub: Beach Hive (small cottage), Mystic Breeze (large cottage), Grand Sunrise, and Liv For Dayz. The hot tubs are only for the guests staying in these units.
Boardwalk Village is located on Grand Lake St. Mary’s. This is the largest man-made lake in Ohio with 13,500 acres of water and 52 miles of shoreline. The lake averages about 6-10 feet deep.
