While West Bank Road gets busier and more colorful, we are getting so excited for you to experience Boardwalk Village! Which color is your favorite? Our village is Key West inspired on the outside and a breath of fresh air on the inside.

RCS Construction and crews are working hard every day leading up to the June 1st opening. Two cottages are complete with the last six to finish each week. Work on the pool house and outdoor patios for the cottages is about to begin.

Paradise Palms, the townhome building, is undergoing rough-in work, drywall, and exterior siding being installed. Garage doors will be installed next.
