Siding and Flooring and Paint – Oh My!

Earlier this week the siding started going up and wow – we love seeing the pop of color! Key West vibes here we come!

All eight cottages are framed, and the townhome framing is almost complete. Roofing, laying floor, and painting in the first two cottages are happening this week. Up next is cabinet installation! Plumbing and HVAC work continues as well.

Don’t forget to drive by and check out the progress yourself – but just remember to be cautious as we are a busy construction site – for your safety and ours!
