Boardwalk Village cottages are taking shape as construction continues for Phase 1! The June 1st Opening will feature 8 cottages, a swimming pool, and a community grilling station. Shortly after, the first townhome building will be completed that features 4 townhome units and 2 penthouses. Construction crews are currently working on laying drywall, insulation, and framing for both the large and small cottages.
