Phase 1 Construction Wrap-Up

Paradise Palms opened at the end of July to its’ first guests. This six-unit vacation rental building, which is a part of Boardwalk Village’s phase 1 development consists of four, two-story townhomes and two, three-story penthouses.

As you approach our “Key West” style townhomes and penthouses, you will be greeted with a welcoming covered front porch that guides you into an airy, fully furnished, open concept living space. You then come to a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space along with a dining area suitable for memorable meals and late-night card games!

The townhome units are 2 bed / 2.5 bath with a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The penthouse units are 3 bed / 3.5 bath also with a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Each floor has a balcony with some of the best views of Grand Lake!
