Boardwalk is blooming this spring and getting a facelift – you don’t want to miss out!

Previously a parking area between Boardwalk Grill and Boardwalk Village on West Bank Road, our Marketplace is updating to a fun space for guests and the community to gather for morning coffee, shopping, live music, and the perfect lakeside views!

RCS Construction has begun to work on site soon to be laying AstroTurf and setting up the space with tables, landscaping, and an open space for pop-up shops and music. It is also home to our Marketplace Vendors.

We are excited to welcome Helton Lodge Rentals and Beechwood Coffee Co. to Boardwalk Marketplace this summer!

Helton Lodge will offer rentals for pontoon boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more. In addition to their rentals, they will also be opening up a convenience store in the teal shop.

Beechwood Coffee is an adorable mobile coffee shop on wheels! Beechwood will be bringing hot + cold coffee, espresso, Frappuccino’s, lemonade, and more fun menu items on Saturday’s and Sunday’s ALL summer long.
